Job Duties -
- Front Office duties, including managing patient appointments, outbound calls, handling copay, retail optical, medical bills financial transactions.
- support financial operations (AP/AR, assist in budgetary oversight)
- support patient billing services department
- office supply & inventory management
- assist in staff & physician scheduling
- support leadership in day to day operations
- manage physician, administrator calendars
- Microsoft office & Electronic Medical Records
- Ability to manage and process confidential information to represent Anderson & Shapiro & our ambulatory surgery center in a positive & professional manner
