Overview
Actively looking for a Manager of Revenue Cycle who will support the Controller and supports and manages the full billing cycle of Behavioral Health, Psychiatry departments. This role ensures safeguards to support an agency’s financial sustainability through timely and accurate billing, A/R, and data collection practices. This role ensures accurate claims submission, maximized reimbursement, compliance with payer and regulatory requirements, and efficient financial workflows that support sustainable service delivery. The manager works closely with the Director of Health Services and the SVP, clinical, and finance teams to maintain a high‑functioning billing system that aligns with the organization’s mission and values
Education and Experience
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health and or medical billing, working with commercial insurance panels and with 3rd party credentialing and outside billing companies.
- Strong understanding of EHR systems, clinical documentation standards, regulatory and auditing requirements.
- Strong knowledge of CPTcodes, DSM‑5/ICD‑10 coding, Medicare behavioral‑health rules, and managed care requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve problems, and improve processes.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Demonstrated claims submission and denial management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skill set.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
