We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Assist in print production
- Main duties included printing, copying documents
- Prepare mailing packages
- Packaging and mail production
- Review and proof documents for production
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Competency utilizing computer software systems
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office processes and improve customer service experiences.
- Support team with overall duties to ensure efficient workflow and completion of work projects.
Experience
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Experience in document preparations and mailing
- Familiarity with copiers, printers, mailing equipment
- Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft and Google Suite applications - Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in proofreading and attention to detail is highly valued.
