Training starts at $13.50 per hour. After the two week-training, employees transition to a percentage -based pay structure where you can make up to $600. Employees get paid mileage reimbursement, vacation, holidays, supplemental insurance coverage (Hospital, Disability, Dental, Accident, Life) and employee company discount.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Handle special cleaning projects as assigned
Skills:
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and coworkers
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
