Hannah’s Gift ABA is hiring compassionate and dependable team members to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism throughout the Aurora area.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible caseload options based on availability and experience. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, as bilingual skills are a significant advantage when supporting the families we serve.
Pay: $24–$34 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement treatment plans and collect accurate session data
- Collaborate with several experienced BCBAs and other clinical team members
- Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and fellow RBTs
- Help create a positive and supportive experience for each client
- Depending on experience, assist with mentoring and training newer RBTs and BTs

Qualifications
- A current or previously held RBT certification, experience working as a Behavior Technician, or active progress toward obtaining RBT certification is required
- Previous experience providing ABA services is strongly preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work in the Aurora area
- Dependable, professional, patient, and collaborative
- Comfortable working closely with children, families, BCBAs, and other clinical team members
