We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Dietary Cook to join our kitchen team at Continental Manor, where great meals and great care go hand in hand.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook meals according to menus and resident dietary needs
Ensure food is cooked safely, timely, and attractively
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
Follow all state, local, and facility food safety guidelines
Work closely with dietary aides and other kitchen staff
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a cook, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
Knowledge of special diets (low-sodium, mechanical soft, etc.)
Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
ServSafe certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
