We’re hiring a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) to act as a strategic partner to dealership leaders across South Florida, Tennessee and Georgia. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be in the business, shaping strategy, influencing outcomes, and directly impacting performance across up to 25 stores.

What You'll Do

Drive performance: Lead marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores

Build loyalty: Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experience

Leverage data: Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results

Partner with leaders: Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors

Execute campaigns: Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance

Optimize & adapt: Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve outcomes

Champion alignment: Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholders
What You'll Bring

Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing

Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies

Ability to turn data into action (Google Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms)

Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing decisions
Compensation
The full salary range for this position is $80,000–$125,000 annually plus bonus potential. The anticipated starting pay is $80,000–$110,000, based on skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation is determined through the interview process in alignment with applicable pay transparency laws.
