Elite Innovations Inc. is a sales and development firm growing our sales team in New York. We're looking for a Sales Team Member to connect with our customers about Verizon Fios. The Sales Team Member will have conversations with our customers, showing how Fios keeps them connected for work, school, and downtime. Good sales start with listening, and that's exactly what you'll do.
As a Sales Team Member, you help customers make smart decisions about their internet needs by showcasing Verizon Fios benefits during every sales interaction. You’ll then take ownership of account support responsibilities while working toward sales targets. This Sales Team Member role strengthens your capabilities in both customer account growth and sales success.
Responsibilities of the Sales Team Member
- Promote Verizon Fios through in-person customer engagement, leading sales conversations that emphasize speed, consistency, and long-term value.
- Identify customer needs in person and position Fios as a dependable solution using clear and structured sales dialogue.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations that simplify Fios offerings into easy-to-understand benefits, ensuring a smooth sales experience.
- Maintain customer relationships by using a friendly and professional sales approach that reinforces trust in Fios services.
- Guide customers through the decision-making process by addressing concerns and ensuring clarity across all touchpoints.
- Drive consistent sales results by actively participating in customer outreach and maintaining alignment with Fios campaign goals.
Qualifications of a Sales Team Member
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Professional presence that builds credibility and trust during customer interactions.
- Team collaboration to share strategies and elevate overall Fios sales performance.

Pay: $3,750.00 - $4,583.00 per month
