Austin, TX (Lake Travis Area) | Empower Family ChiropracticPediatrics Pregnancy Women’s Health Partnership Potential
Empower Family Chiropractic is seeking a mission-driven associate chiropractor to join our growing Pediatric Experience (PedEx) aligned practice in Austin, Texas. This is a 100% cash-based family wellness office with a strong focus on pediatrics, pregnancy, and women’s health, rooted in neurologically focused chiropractic care.
This is not a short-term associate role. We are intentionally seeking a long-term team member and strategic clinical partner who desires to grow alongside the practice and potentially step into partnership or succession over time.
Practice Philosophy
Our care is centered on the belief that the nervous system is foundational to health and that families thrive when supported proactively from pregnancy through childhood. We serve families who value education, connection, and long-term wellness outcomes.
The practice follows Pediatric Experience (PedEx) principles, offering structured, neurologically focused care. PedEx training is required and sponsored by the clinic.
Candidate Requirements
- Webster Certified (required)
- Willing to complete PedEx training
- Comfortable seeing pediatric and prenatal patients
- Passion for family wellness and women’s health
- Preference for 1+ year of experience (not ideal for brand-new graduates)
- Collaborative, coachable, and team-oriented
- Desire to be involved in the growth and mission of the clinic
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation and benefits are currently being finalized and will be competitive for the Austin market.
