Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in clients and inbound inquiries to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized policy recommendations.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-up to close insurance policies that meet client requirements.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including policy documentation, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers through community outreach, referral programs, and digital channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
- Explain complex insurance concepts clearly, ensuring clients understand coverage options, benefits, and exclusions.
- Collaborate with team members on cross-selling opportunities and participate in training sessions to stay current on industry trends and product offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage clients confidently and professionally.
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
