Social Media Live Sales Host & Content Creator
GuruNanda is looking for an energetic, creative, and confident Social Media Live Sales Host & Content Creator to join our team and support our growing social commerce and live-selling initiatives across leading e-commerce and social media platforms.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys being on camera, creating engaging content, interacting with audiences, and driving sales through live shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Host engaging live-selling sessions across leading e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Showcase products, explain features and benefits, answer viewer questions, and encourage real-time purchases.
- Create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms on a daily basis.
- Develop creative content ideas that align with current marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to plan and execute live-streaming and content initiatives.
- Monitor audience engagement and live-stream performance and use insights to improve future sessions.
- Maintain an energetic, professional, and authentic on-camera presence.
- Help set up, organize, and maintain the live-streaming studio and equipment.
- Stay current with social media trends, live-commerce formats, and emerging content styles.
- Support other social media and e-commerce content initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Live Sales Host, Social Media Host, Content Creator, Influencer, or similar role preferred.
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera and engaging with a live audience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends and short-form video content.
- Ability to think quickly, respond to audience questions, and maintain energy during live sessions.
- Experience with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Instagram, YouTube, or other live-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to confidently promote and demonstrate products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of video/content creation tools is preferred.
