Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, avocado toast, parfaits, acaí bowl.
- Operate POS systems transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including food handling, beverage preparation stations, and equipment sanitation.
- Manage cash handling duties by processing cash transactions and giving correct change while ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and hygiene.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies, checking expiration dates, and reporting shortages promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining a lively pace during busy hours.
- Commitment to food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures.
