Eastside Sports Rehabilitation is a physical therapist owned and directed clinic. We offer full service physical therapy and personal training. Our fifty minute appointments, in our state-of-the-art facility, allows us to take conscientious care of our patients. Our office is conveniently located just south of downtown Bellevue, right off the 405 freeway, adjacent to the Bellevue Club, in the Brookside Office Park.
We are looking for a Front Office Assistant who is passionate and enthusiastic about wellness. This position provides front office support to patients, therapists and office staff, reporting to the Office Manager. The Front Office Assistant performs duties such as, scheduling patients, obtaining supplies, maintaining clinic order and cleanliness, answering non-routine correspondence and dealing with confidential patient information. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.
About the position:
- Answer multi-line phones.
- Schedule patients.
- Data-entry.
- Insurance verifications.
- Open/close the clinic.
- Various housekeeping duties.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a receptionist is preferred but not required.
- HS Diploma required, college (AA/BA/BS) degree preferred?
- Reliable, team player who is meticulous, punctual, and professional.
- Be efficient, able to prioritize work and have the ability to multi-task.
- Organized and attentive to detail.
- Strong MS office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Be comfortable collecting and posting co-pays.
- Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday half days
