Full knowledge of operating a Deli and or Bakery department in a grocery store environment is required for this position to to include knowledge of schedule writing, order writing, safety, sanitation and gross profit management. Experience and full knowledge of specialty cheese, and natural organic products would be beneficial. We offer a very competitive salary, vacation, benefits, and bonus program.
