Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assembly Supervisor to lead our assembly operations within our agricultural manufacturing facility. This role will involve supervising the assembly process, managing schedules, overseeing inventory, and ensuring quality control of assembled products. The Assembly Supervisor will play a critical role in building and loading trucks while maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Assembly Operations: Lead and oversee the assembly team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules to meet production targets and timelines.
- Build and Load Trucks: Coordinate the assembly of agricultural equipment and ensure proper loading of trucks for transportation.
- Documentation Management: Handle all related paperwork for loading and inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Quality Control: Maintain and update assembly manuals, take and upload pictures of completed products, and conduct quality checks to ensure high standards.
- Line of Site Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels on the assembly line, ensuring adequate materials are available for production.
