Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer Qualifications:
- Prior Service Advisor/ Writer Experience Required
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Customer Service/ Sales Skills
- Communication Skills

Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer Responsibilities:
- Deal with suppliers, provide estimates and schedule appointments
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and politely
- Clearly explain the technician's repair recommendations to customers while communicating customer needs to technicians
- Prepare and calculate estimates
- Greet customers
- Consult with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs
- Answer customer questions about service outcomes and consult with technicians when necessary'
