Clatsop Community Action is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Health Worker who is passionate about helping people access the resources and support they need to thrive.
As a trusted member of the community, you'll work one-on-one with individuals and families to improve access to healthcare, social services, and community resources. From outreach and advocacy to health education and care coordination, you'll play a vital role in strengthening the health and well-being of our community.
This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, helping us ensure that Spanish-speaking community members can access services, information, and support in a welcoming and culturally responsive environment.
