The Opportunity
Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA) is on a mission to transform how apartment owners and operators leverage data to make better business decisions. As a fast-growing, well-funded software company in the real estate technology space, REBA is seeking an Executive Assistant to support executive leadership and help coordinate key administrative, onboarding, and operational activities across the organization
This is a highly visible role supporting executive leadership while serving as a key resource for employee onboarding, operational coordination, expense management, and administrative support across the organization. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
This position is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Denver metropolitan area.
What You’ll Do
· Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, communications, and day-to-day operational support
· Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including scheduling, equipment requests, system access, employee communications, and partnership with REBA's PEO
· Support employee experience initiatives, internal communications, and administrative processes across the organization
· Assist with expense management through Ramp, ensuring timely submission, documentation, approvals, and reimbursement processing
· Support business operations through document management, reporting, vendor coordination, special projects, and process improvement initiatives
· Assist with accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment tracking, collections follow-up on past due balances, and maintenance of accurate records
· Serve as a trusted resource to leadership by proactively identifying needs, improving processes, and helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations
What You’ll Bring
Required Experience
· 5-10 years of experience supporting senior executives, business operations, or related administrative functions
· Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment
· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Experience with onboarding, employee support, HR administration, and office operations
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business software platforms
· Experience working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Experience
· Experience supporting executive leadership teams
· Experience within SaaS, technology, startup, or high-growth organizations
· Exposure to accounting, accounts receivable, expense management, or finance administration
· Experience with Ramp or similar expense management platforms

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
