Performs regular counts to identify possible discrepancies in inventory quantities and placements. Reconciles discovered variances according to the approved policies and procedures. This is a fully on-site position located in our Coppell, TX facility working 7am-330pm with overtime as needed. Candidates must be a permanent resident or US Citizen due to Federal Contract requirements.

Adheres to all safety and security procedures.

Performs accurate regular stock counts daily and compares results against inventory records.

Performs counts/audits for inventory related projects.

Develops knowledge and recognition of materials being counted and understands locations.

Verifies transactions made for receiving, transferring and shipping are accurate.

Documents inventory discrepancies and brings forth to management for resolution and tracking.

Completes accurate data entry as needed.

Investigates inventory discrepancies through variance research, recounts and transaction history reviews.

Assists with corrective action plans for ongoing inventory variances.

Uses physical verification to determine and account for variances.

Uses, forklift, EPJ and manual pallet jack as needed to move materials on pallets.

Creates bin moves as needed.
- Reports any instances of damage to equipment, property and products immediately.

Uses RF scanners and warehouse management systems to create inventory transactions and verifications.

Completion of a High school diploma or equivalent

One to three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability and experience operating reach forklift-certification required

Ability to write simple correspondence

Ability to effectively use problem solving skills in standardized situations

Ability to stand for long periods of time in climate and non-climate controlled environments

Ability to multi-task and set priorities

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

Experience using scanners and Warehouse Management Systems
