Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. Located in the heart of our operations, this role is vital for producing precision components that align with our commitment to quality and innovation. We are a job shop with smaller QTY orders.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions of machined parts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve production processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the machining process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following safety protocols.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Proficient in Set up, GD&T.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in operating CNC lathes with live tooling
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
