Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic team. As a Leasing Agent/Assistant to manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting potential tenants, managing lease agreements, fostering positive relationships with residents and maintaining high occupancy rates
Duties
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, including screening applicants and preparing lease agreements.
- Utilize property management software such as OneSite for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and address tenant concerns promptly.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote available properties through various advertising channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including contracts and tenant communications.
- Assist property manager in any duties pertaining to the property
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Proficient in conflict management and negotiation techniques.
- Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office management.
- Experience with administrative software's such as Onesite and Knock CRM is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and vendors.
- Knowledge of facilities management principles is advantageous.
