Frontier Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a retail setting and provide one-on-one assistance, recommending Frontiers products and services
- Explain Frontier’s products, services, and promotions clearly, allowing customers to make informed decisions
- Answer questions, solve problems, and offer tailored solutions
- Support in-store displays, promotions, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings with other Frontier Team Members to improve your skills
- Track sales and work toward daily and weekly goals
- Represent Frontier and our company with the utmost professionalism
Frontier Team Member Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience helpful, but not required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, active retail environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Full-time availability
