As the founder of Carolina Health Consultants, I've personally produced over $10 million in health insurance sales since starting in 2018. My goal is to help motivated professionals build long-term, successful careers while making a real difference in the lives of our clients.
What You'll Do
- Assist individuals and families in finding the best health insurance coverage for their needs.
- Educate clients on Private PPO, ACA, Medicare, and supplemental health insurance options.
- Conduct consultations by phone and virtual appointments.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients throughout the year.

Compensation
- Average first-year agents earn $60,000–$80,000
- Top-performing agents earn $100,000+ annually
- Performance-based commission structure
- Bonuses and incentives available
Qualifications
- Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional attitude with a desire to learn
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
