Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Site Security Manager to lead our security operations across our facility. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of site safety, access control, surveillance, and incident response to ensure a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Duties
- Manage and coordinate all security personnel to ensure effective coverage and response across the site
- Oversee access control procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, including performing background checks when necessary
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems and physical patrols to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches
- Lead conflict management efforts by de-escalating incidents and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Perform first aid and CPR in emergency situations, providing immediate assistance until professional responders arrive
- Write detailed incident reports, maintain accurate security logs, and document any irregularities or safety concerns
- Supervise heavy lifting tasks related to security equipment or materials as needed to support site operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in security management, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, report writing, conflict resolution, and emergency response procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
- Experience conducting background checks and managing team schedules effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle tense situations professionally
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
