Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Part Time Office Staff member to join our team! In this role, you will be supporting our office manager in daily tasks, and duties to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression of the office environment
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
- Assist with data entry and basic office duties to support daily operations.
- Perform general clerical duties such as transfering calls, taking messages, reviewing in coming Google reviews, and assisting with a variety of tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer support interactions
