Senior IAM Security Specialist – Auth NZ/Okta Team
The AuthNZ product team is a group within the Identity and Access Management organization that provides subject matter expertise and associated security services to the business divisions across the enterprise.
The Senior IAM Security Specialist has an understanding of business requirements elicitation and is a strong communicator. Possessing the ability to quickly comprehend the business need, the specialist will translate those needs into requirements, identifying integration challenges and developing plans of action to resolve, assuring Identity and Access Management minimum requirements are met.
The ideal candidate has prior experience with AuthN/Z tools and processes (Design, Deployment, Adoption, Provisiong and Deprovisioning and Protocols and Standards) and possesses the skill to effectively communicate and liaise with both business and technical stakeholders to integrate AuthN/Z tools into the environment, making certain proper access governance is achieved. The Business Analyst is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the requirements throughout the integration life cycle.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with key stakeholders and other available resources, facilitating discussions, analyzing and evaluating options and providing recommended course of action to remain compliant, meeting both policy and integration requirements
- Conducting business needs and functional/non-functional requirements elicitation and completing functional requirements documentation through the full sign-off process for AuthN/Z tool integration and maintenance requirements
- Managing all tasks assigned within scope, quality and timeframe allocated and be accountable for those tasks
- Proactively identifying and recording risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions in accordance with policy and process standards. Agreeing on escalation level with Management, then managing those risks through to resolution, including the required evidence
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a Business Analyst (including requirements elicitation)
- Previous experience with Agile methodology leveraging JIRA
- IGA SailPoint experience is desirable but not essential
- Okta/Ping experience is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management and planning skills
- Adaptive to environments of change; able to reprioritize with competing priorities
- Sense of urgency to respond to requests with strict deadlines
- Thought provoking; ability to ask questions and probe to gain full understanding of requirements
- Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle processes
- Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word

Office Locations: Johnston-RI, Medford-MA, Boston-MA, Pittsburgh-PA, Philadelphia-PA, Melville-NY, Short Hills-NY, Marlton-NJ, Glen Allen-VA, Cleveland-OH, and Cincinnati-OH
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Some nights and weekend work required to support patching, code promotion and testing efforts
Participation in a rotating on-call schedule

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
