Bargain Moulding is looking for a hardworking, dependable Cut Shop Team Member to join our growing Door Shop team.
You do not need experience — we’re looking for someone who wants to learn a new trade, work with their hands, and grow with a company that is expanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate miter saws and other power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and accurately interpret tape measurements and cut lists.
- Cut door jambs, headers, and related components to specification.
- Keep door machine production lines supplied with the necessary materials at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of jambs, headers, and production components.
- Organize and stage materials for efficient production flow.
- Ensure production schedules and deadlines are consistently met.
- Inspect materials and completed work for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with material handling and shop organization as needed.
- Identify and communicate production issues before they impact workflow.
This is a hands-on, physical role in our cut shop where you'll assist with the production of interior door parts, while learning the shop process from experienced team members. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and isn't afraid of hard work.
