We are looking for a personable, self-motivated Maintenance Tech / Handyman to oversee property refurbishments and manage various projects across our residential communities. If you possess a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills and a background in refurbishment, we want you on our team. You must be a reliable team player who responds to direction well and takes pride in delivering high-quality results on all assigned projects. Pay equal to experience level, skill set and any certification.
Core Responsibilities:
- Property Refurbishment: Execute detailed property turnarounds, modernizations, and revitalization projects within the community.
- Finish Carpentry: Perform precise trim work, molding installations, cabinetry adjustments, and finish woodwork.
- Handyman Services: Tackle diverse daily work orders, fixture installations, and general hardware repairs.
- Various Projects & Painting: Lead special renovation projects, interior/exterior painting, drywall prep, and general grounds improvements.
Technical Skills & Experience Desired
- Proven background handling various projects as a handyman or trades professional.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Practical knowledge of appliance diagnosis and repair.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, twist, and bend for extended periods.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and stairs safely to complete daily projects.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
