Our company is hiring an AT&T Sales Agent to represent AT&T through business and customer interactions across an assigned territory within the Washington state area. This full-time AT&T Sales Agent role involves candidates who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and achieving measurable sales results. As an AT&T Sales Agent you will engage directly with customers and businesses, recommend wireless and internet connectivity solutions that fit their needs, and play an important role in expanding our partner brand’s presence throughout the local market.
As an AT&T Sales Agent, you'll spend your day meeting with customers and business owners introducing telecom products and services, identifying customer needs, and providing personalized recommendations. You'll manage conversations from the initial interaction through the completion of each sale while delivering a professional, customer-focused experience.
AT&T Sales Agent Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets to support sales success by being proactive in sales and marketing initiatives.
- Meet with customers and businesses in person to discuss AT&T wireless products, internet services, and available promotions
- Actively listen to customers to understand what they are looking for in their business and offer solutions
- Complete sales process from the initial conversation through sales order completion, account setup and activation
- Generate new business opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on current products, pricing, and promotions to confidently present recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales
AT&T Sales Agent Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior AT&T Sales Agent experience is a plus
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport
- Professional, dependable, and organized
