As a Production Associate at Snapdragon, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line. You will work across various stations, supporting product inspection, packaging, inventory management, and equipment setup. Attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and effective communication will be critical to your success.
In this dynamic role, you will help maintain a clean and organized production environment, assist in training new team members, and contribute to meeting daily production goals while following strict FDA and agricultural protocols. This position is well-suited for proactive, detail-oriented individuals eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Operate at multiple production stations as needed throughout the shift.

Inspect, weigh, package, and label products according to quality and compliance standards.

Monitor the flow of product through processing machinery, ensuring efficient operation.

Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment following sanitation protocols.

Assist with flower trimming and quality control procedures.

Load and unload inbound and outbound product shipments.

Organize supplies and raw materials from inventory sheets to shelves.

Maintain accurate records of completed and in-process assignments.

Report production waste and discrepancies to upper management promptly.

Adhere to FDA, agricultural, and internal cleaning and documentation requirements.

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and production standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Follow work rules and assist in enforcing compliance throughout the production area.

Assist with onboarding and training new production staff members.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues across all levels.

Support other tasks as assigned to help meet production goals and deadlines.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must pass all required background checks as per state and local cannabis regulations.

Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments (preferred but not required).
