MARKETING SPECIALIST, DATA RESEARCH & CSV LIST-BUILDING SPECIALIST (REMOTE)

We are seeking an experienced Data Research & List Building Specialist to work remotely compiling marketing and follow-up lists from our proprietary data sources.
WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HIRING AN AGENCY, IF YOU ARE AN AGENCY YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
This is NOT a flexible-hours position.
This is NOT a position for someone who is simultaneously caring for children, family members, or managing other responsibilities during work hours.
We need someone who can devote their full attention to the job during scheduled work hours.
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY
You MUST be available and able to start with 5 days of hiring.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Gathering information from designated data sources
- Creating accurate CSV files
- Building targeted marketing lists
- Verifying and organizing data
- Preparing lists for follow-up marketing campaigns
- Maintaining data accuracy and consistency

- We are looking for someone who can focus exclusively on the assigned work during the scheduled shift.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
You MUST have verifiable experience in ALL of the following:
- Data gathering and online research
- Building CSV files
- Compiling marketing lists
- Data entry and data validation
- Spreadsheet management
- Organizing and cleaning data
- Following detailed instructions accurately

Pay: $30,244.81 - $61,714.18 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Houston, TX 77014
