The Role
We’re hiring a Catering & Mobile Operations Lead to help run events and oversee mobile food truck operations in the field.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real growth opportunity. It’s designed for someone who wants to step into higher-level operational leadership as we scale.
You will:
- Lead shifts and maintain service standards
- Drive and position the truck at events
- Oversee setup, service flow, and breakdown
- Manage prep and ensure products are made to spec
- Support team performance and guest experience
You move quickly without sacrificing quality.
You stay calm under pressure.
You communicate clearly and hold high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute catering and food truck events start to finish
- Maintain clean, organized, inspection-ready workspaces
- Follow all food safety guidelines
- Drive a FedEx-sized truck or cargo van
- Safely maneuver and park at event sites
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs
- Assist with prep lists, checklists, and basic tracking
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in hospitality, catering, or high-volume service
- Leadership experience preferred
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable driving larger vehicles
- Tech-comfortable (Google Docs, Gmail, POS systems)
- Valid Texas Driver’s License (required)
- Reliable personal transportation (no rideshares)
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Food truck experience is a plus, not required.
