Job Summary:
We are seeking a shop worker/tent installer to join our team. This job will be a combination of shop organization and tent installations. Qualified applicant will maintain organization and cleanliness of shop/storage facility and work as a lead installer on a tent installation crew. This is a hands-on role that requires ability to learn quickly and be flexible. Experience is not necessary as you will be trained on the job
Duties:
- Install and assemble systems and equipment according to specifications
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper functionality
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of products as needed
- Work as the team lead to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during installations and service calls
Qualifications:
- Driver's License with clean MVR
Skills:
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a vehicle with trailer in tow
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions
- Proficient in using hand tools (minimal)
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
