Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Sales Representative who is organized, coachable, and eager to follow our proven sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping people, works well with systems, and wants to be part of a company that values both faith and professionalism.
This is an active sales role that requires initiative, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:

Follow our provided sales methods and scripts to guide customers through the buying process.

Assist walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads with professionalism and care.

Educate customers on building types, customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Use our digital quoting tools and sales CRM (training provided).

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and accurate records.

Be a team player.
