Overview
We are a referral-based agency that connects experienced caregivers with families seeking in-home care support.
As a referred caregiver, you will work directly with clients to provide compassionate, non-skilled care in a home health setting.
This is not an employment position—caregivers are referred to families and may choose assignments that match their availability and preferences.
Typical Care Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Observe and report changes in condition to the client or supervising nurse
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Support meal preparation and feeding
Provide companionship and emotional support
Follow infection control and safety practices
Document care as required by the client or care plan
Qualifications:
Experience in home health, wound care, or pediatric care is a plus
Understanding of state healthcare regulations and scope of practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow client-directed care plans
Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility support
