CRB Services LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Job Coach / Direct Support Professional (DSP). In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities in achieving their employment and personal goals while promoting independence, community inclusion, and skill development.
As a Job Coach/DSP, you will provide hands-on support in community and workplace settings, helping individuals develop job skills, maintain employment, and increase independence in daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in community and employment settings.
- Assist individuals with learning and maintaining job duties at their place of employment.
- Promote independence, self-advocacy, and personal growth.
- Monitor and document progress toward individual goals.
- Assist with transportation to community activities, appointments, and employment sites as needed.
- Support individuals with communication, social skills, and workplace expectations.
- Complete required service documentation and notes accurately and on time.
- Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families, employers, and team members.
- Follow all agency policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Experience in human services, education, healthcare, or customer service.
- Job coaching or employment support experience.
