Job Description
The Greentech Renewables’ C&I Lead Gen Team finds and nurtures commercial solar project opportunities for our commercial solar installer customers. The Lead Generation Associate’s responsibilities will be two-fold: You will support Google Ad (GAds) lead generation management. You will also coordinate with the Account Manager to help foster relationships with property owners who are looking to go solar.
With Google Ads management support, you will:

Build and maintain Google Ad reports in Excel, Data Studio, and Salesforce

Includes accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in digital systems, databases, or spreadsheets on a weekly, monthly, or as-needed basis

Report internally on campaign performances

Analyze campaign data to improve program

Detect early trends in campaign data and communicate up and down-stream the impact they will have or have had

Support designing marketing landing pages, writing copy, and drafting headlines for marketing initiatives according to Greentech Renewables’ branding guidelines and language

Provide support research on the solar industry, marketing strategies, and any new program initiative
With Account Management support, you will:

Make contact with the leads via phone, email and or text

Introduce Greentech Renewables to the property owner and help schedule a solar evaluation

Coordinate multiple lead opportunities simultaneously

Track leads’ outreach progress and assist in reporting results
Strong writing, communication, time management, and analytic skills are imperative. Your role is essential to Greentech Renewables’ continued success.
REPORTS TO: Marketing Operations Specialist
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidate:
This role will require organized time management, effective communication, and task flexibility. You will be representing Greentech Renewables with potential C&I customers by coordinating with the C&I Lead Gen team to support other departments in the company. This function is fundamental to our success. Digital fluency and task flexibility is a requirement. In addition to all of these qualities, you must have a strong cultural fit into a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

1-3 years of marketing, sales, and/or customer service experience

Proven communication skills - verbal and written

Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Curious-minded, question-driven, and a self-starter

Eager to explore new projects and tasks is vitally important

Working knowledge of Salesforce is not required but a plus; the desire and inclination to learn these key software applications is a must
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position is remote/virtual. You must be virtually available for a normal 40-hour work week (preferably in Eastern Standard Timezone).
You may be required to travel for group meetings - usually once a year.
COMPENSATION:
The compensation range for this position is $55,000.00 to $55,000.00 annually
OTHER COMPENSATION:
The following additional compensation may be applicable for this position:
