No Place Like Home, LLC is a family owned and operated Home Health Care Agency providing PCSP and Nursing services to the southern half of the state. We service the following areas: Hillsborough, Rockingham, Merrimack, Sullivan, Cheshire, Grafton Counties. Our team has been proudly servicing New Hampshire families for over 9 years. Our caregivers promote independence for the elderly and individuals with disabilities through non-medical in-home care services. Services provided include personal care tasks, meal preparation, homemaking, laundry, medication reminders, assistance with mobility.
Currently, We are looking to hire a Office Assistant to work at our Concord Office. This is a full time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am to 430pm.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Greeting and assisting clients, caregivers, other personnel that visit our office
- Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including e-mails, faxes, mail and packages
- Filing and organizing client and employee records as needed
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
