Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Pool Service Technician with at least one year of pool cleaning experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with room for advancement.
This is a hands-on position that offers exposure to pool cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. We believe in promoting from within and providing opportunities for team members to grow into leadership roles as the company continues to expand.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of pool cleaning experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in the Texas heat and lift up to 50 pounds

The pool service technician will be on the same route each week and is responsible for the success of that route. They will be accountable for the proper and complete cleaning and chemistry of each pool on the route every week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
