As a Production Team Member, you will operate manufacturing equipment and assemble automatic transmissions and transmission components while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery following standardized work instructions.
- Assemble automotive transmission components on a production line.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Remove finished parts, machine attachments, and waste materials as needed.
- Safely operate manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report quality or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, crouch, and perform repetitive movements throughout a 12-hour shift.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Day Shift or Night Shift
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime and weekends as needed
