Marine Construction Coordinator
Marine Coordination professional responsible for overseeing daily offshore vessel operations within offshore wind farm construction and O&M environments. This role serves as the central coordination point for vessel traffic, personnel logistics, safety compliance, and emergency response, ensuring efficient and safe marine operations across the project site.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all vessel movements, personnel transfers, and logistics within offshore wind farm construction sites using marine coordination software.
- Serve as the primary offshore emergency contact, supporting emergency response procedures and search and rescue operations.
- Monitor weather forecasts and marine conditions to communicate operational windows and weather restrictions to vessels and contractors.
- Verify vessel and personnel certifications, permits to work, and compliance with offshore regulatory and safety requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and operational oversight including manifests, risk assessments, emergency response plans, and coordination with project stakeholders.
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
