We're looking for a Controls Engineer to design, develop, and maintain control systems for automated industrial equipment. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in PLC programming and industrial robot programming to optimize our manufacturing processes. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
- Develop, test, and implement PLC programs to control automated systems, enhancing overall equipment effectiveness.
- Program and maintain industrial robots, ensuring seamless integration with other automated equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with industrial automation equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Design and implement SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control of industrial processes.
- Collaborate with industrial and manufacturing engineers to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and cost savings.
- Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
- Demonstrated experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Proven proficiency in industrial robot programming.
- Solid understanding of industrial and manufacturing engineering principles.
- Experience with SCADA system design and implementation.
- Familiarity with various machine brands such as Fanuc, Panasonic, Universal Robotics, Yaskawa Motoman, Allen Bradley, and Siemens.
- Strong PLC Troubleshooting Skills.
- Experience Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment.
