A well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its growing team. This is a high-impact role with immediate leadership responsibility and long-term upside into firm ownership.

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion

Review and analyze financial statements

Supervise and mentor junior staff

Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery

CPA preferred

Strong audit background in public accounting

Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements

Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
Base Salary: $160K – $200K
Bonus: Discretionary
Medical & Dental: 80% covered for employee
401(k): 3% match
Profit Sharing: 2% (consistently funded for over a decade)
