What You'll Do:
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
- Perform equipment startups and verify proper system operation.
- Train and mentor installation helpers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience (Lead experience preferred)
✔ EPA Certification
✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
✔ Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
✔ Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings
✔ Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
