Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)Temporary One-Week Opportunity | Potential for Permanent Position
We are a modern, high-end multi-specialty dental practice located on Park Avenue in Manhattan seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team for one week beginning the week of July 6th while our hygienist is on vacation.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a technology-driven, patient-centered practice, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene appointments
- Take digital radiographs as needed
- Perform periodontal charting and assessments
- Provide scaling, prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assist in identifying treatment needs and communicate findings to the doctor
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience with professionalism and compassion
Qualifications
- Active New York State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-quality dental practice
- Experience with digital dental technology is preferred
