Comfort Keepers is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Recruitment & Retention Coordinator to support caregiver recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement. If you enjoy coordinating multiple priorities, building relationships, and keeping processes organized, we'd love to meet you.
- Recruit caregivers through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews and onboarding
- Maintain applicant tracking and employee records
- Conduct new hire follow-up calls and support retention initiatives
- Assist with employee recognition and engagement programs
- Prepare recruitment reports and ensure hiring compliance
- Partner with leadership, scheduling, and HR to support staffing needs
- 1–2 years of recruiting, HR, administrative, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Healthcare or home care experience is a plus
