D.M. Bowman, Inc. is seeking a driver recruiter.

Driver Recruiters are responsible for identifying, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring exceptional driving associates to exceed our growth and safety goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Contact driver applicants from an electronic database.
- Screen, qualify and interview applicants to fill existing openings.
- Must be comfortable with managing a multi-line phone system to make/receive inbound and outbound calls.
- Request, review, and understand MVRs and DAC Reports as they pertain to disqualifications.
- Maintain knowledge of current pay packages and effectively communicate package structure to potential employees.
- Professionally represent D.M. Bowman to customers, the public, vendors, schools, and other external sources

- High School Diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
