As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through individualized ABA therapy. Every day brings new opportunities to help a child gain confidence, achieve important goals, and thrive.

What You'll Do
- Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home, school, and clinic settings
- Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and accurately document client progress
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client success
- Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
- Help children build independence, confidence, and essential life skills
Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferre
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential

- Morning & Afternoon Schedule Available

Compensation & Benefits
