- Support the administration and organization of commonly used business technology platforms.
- Coordinate with internal technical and reporting teams to support authorized database access and business intelligence initiatives.
- Assist with practical technology solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Coordinate smaller systems and technology projects from planning through completion.
- Communicate project status, risks, delays, and outstanding decisions to appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records related to vendors, equipment, systems, projects, and service requests.
- Perform other responsibilities based on evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in IT operations, systems support, technical support, business systems, or a closely related field.
- Experience working directly with outsourced IT providers or other technology vendors.
- Working knowledge of user accounts, permissions, business applications, computer hardware, and common workplace technology.
- General familiarity with databases, data-access permissions, and business intelligence or reporting environments.
- Strong spreadsheet, reporting, and data-management skills.
- Experience coordinating technology projects involving multiple departments or outside partners.
- Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail.
- Ability to independently prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to nontechnical users.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed or multi-location organization is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel occasionally based on business needs.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and identification acceptable for commercial air travel.
