Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Housekeeper and Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support within a private residence. Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all residential spaces through thorough cleaning, laundry, and tidying routines, adhering to high standards and presentation.
- Manage household inventories, including supplies, linens, and cleaning products, ensuring timely replenishment and proper storage.
- Provide support as needed, including supervising, organizing activities, and assisting with daily routines.
- Support personal tasks such as help with scheduling appointments or reminders to make them.
- Prep meals or assist with cooking based on household preferences while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Skills
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or personal assistant within a private residence or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently across diverse responsibilities.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in event planning and coordinating social gatherings or family events.
- Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and housekeeping management.
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor when interacting with household members and guests.
- Supervising experience in managing household staff or service teams is highly desirable.
- Competence in administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence handling, and property management coordination.
